FOOD 4 FUTURE – EXPO FOODTECH in Bilbao
Last week, Spanish agri-food cooperatives presented the commitment of Spanish dairy cooperatives to decarbonisation at the FOOD 4 FUTURE – EXPO FOODTECH in Bilbao.
Juan Sagarna, Director of Sustainability and Innovation Projects at CoopsAgroES, explained the details of the agreement signed by the eight main Spanish dairy cooperatives, which represent a fifth of milk production and processing in our country, for reduce its carbon footprint by 30% by 2030. This initiative, supported by the REPAIR project, aims to promote the decarbonization of the cooperative dairy sector.
